And without healing attachment wounds, we repeat similar relationship patterns over and over.

As an attachment therapist, I specialize in healing attachment wounds. I will help you break old dysfunctional patterns, communicate more effectively, self/co-regulate emotions better, foster a healthy connection/intimacy, and even recover from infidelity/betrayal of trust. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I can help you explore any sexual dysfunctions.

I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Sexology, a Registered Art Therapist and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT). And I currently offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) at my practice.
