When we face challenges in life such as difficulties in relationships, life transitions and/or past trauma resurfacing, we can experience isolation, anxiety, sadness and overwhelming feelings. Making an effort to take the first steps towards positive changes is not always easy. I have clinical experience working with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, c-PTSD, identity, and intimacy. My approach to therapy is integrative, informed by modalities such as IFS, family systems, narrative, imago, EFT, somatic resourcing, and psychodynamics. Postgraduate training also informs my practice.
As a native NYer, I have seen and lived through a wide range of experiences, personally and professionally. Since navigating my own obstacles and finding contentment, I’m deeply passionate about helping you discover your path to living your best life.
