My practice is currently full. My approach to therapy is kind, compassionate, and collaborative. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, and clients who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout from work or school. I’m passionate about helping clients build mindfulness skills to stay present and improve their overall well-being and quality of life. Using EMDR, I help clients process past experiences and shift unhelpful beliefs, empowering them to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I offer EMDR and EMDR Intensives, specializing in helping young adults and adults with ADHD and adults with chronic medical conditions (e.g., chronic pain, Type 1 Diabetes). I support clients with challenges like medical trauma, burnout, grief, anxiety, social stressors, and adjusting to managing health and life independently.
One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I want to make sure that, in addition to my training and experience meeting your needs, my therapeutic style and personality are a good fit for you as well. I offer 10 minute phone consultations to ensure that we are a good fit.
