As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to help clients gain insight and increase awareness in those areas of their lives that most need attention. Clients learn to identify the unconscious forces holding them back from being all that they are intended to be and to challenge and eventually replace the self-destructive beliefs and messages that have guided their thoughts, feelings and behavior.I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Clients can reclaim a healthy sense of power over their choices and within their relationships and become more genuine and authentic in all areas of their life.
I work with each person to help them identify their goals and build on their strengths so they will be more apt to achieve them.
The therapy experience can be both educational and spiritual as clients explore the different aspects of themselves in a safe and trusting environment.
