Our day-to-day can be overwhelming even when everything is going right but it can be unmanageable when life throws anxiety, divorce, abuse or traumatic events our way. Once solid foundations can start to crumble and we can easily lose sight of our priorities due to drowning in a sea of grief, depression and worry. Sometimes we don't even have a name for what we are feeling but we know we need help sorting through the chaos.
I understand the work it takes to make it back to your path or find a new one. Making sure we honor ourselves with positive choices and trusting relationships with those around us is difficult but essential to taking those steps forward. My job is walking with you shoulder to shoulder, assisting you in the work of reaching your goals.
