The last 16 years I have had the pleasure of helping people with a range of mental, emotional and behavioral heath problems such as addictions to substances and behaviors, depression, anxiety, PTSD, BPD, suicidial ideations, self-harm, parenting/family/relationship problems, life management, TBI, neurodivergence, communication deficits, low self-esteem, chronic stress, panic/phobias and treatment resistant depression in adults. I am EMDR trained, working towards certification.
Psychology is full of techniques, with new ones being developed all the time. One things holds true above all, the therapeutic relationship is the most valuable part of the healing process. It's only with the comfort, and compassion provided through this relationship that people can begin the process of taking down their walls. Please see my website.
Therapy is sometimes seen as another four letter word. Pride and fear can keep us stuck in our sorrows. Even when family and friends beg us to get help, we hesitate. I'm the safe place where you can say what you want, and be who you are. Sometimes all a person needs is space to vent their life story, other times work needs to be done. I'm here for both.

Glimmers Therapy Group
A safe space for people who struggle with chronic suicidal thoughts to talk about their experiences with suicide and learn how to find peace and safety in the storm. Teletherapy only. Every other Monday at 5:30pm using Microsoft Teams.
