How would you describe yourself? What really defines who you are? It's a big question that we often don't know how to answer. That's where therapy comes in. I work with individuals who are trying to find their true self. As a child of immigrants, I understand the difficulty of working to become an individual but still keep ties with family and friends who may think differently. This may come out as feelings like anxiety, stress, depression, or anger.

I offer my clients a safe space to explore questions and thoughts that they may not feel comfortable sharing with others. We will look at the feelings that come up for you in difficult situations and also share the wins together. We can keep things in the moment and focus on what's currently happening, or explore how past experiences have shaped you.
