For nearly ten years, I have helped people recover from toxic relationships and traumatic experiences. Our mind's natural tendency is to heal from these experiences, but shame, fear, unresolved anger, or self-doubt can get in the way. I use my clinical experience and in-depth knowledge of psychological theory to help my clients overcome emotional barriers, so they can reconnect with themselves and what matters most to them in life.

I am my clients' ally. My therapy style is supportive and empathic, while also maintaining an appropriate professional space. I am LGBTQIA affirming and welcomes people of all backgrounds and relationship structures.

Thinking about reaching out? You can access my client portal to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call: https://elizabeth-gustafson.clientsecure.me. You can also call/text (323) 963-3335 or email LizGustafsonPhD@gmail.com with questions or to book your first session. Please note, I currently only see individual clients, not couples or groups.
