I also specialize in helping older teens and adults find the root of their pain and transforming it. I believe in creating confidence to go on without me after your goals have been accomplished. I have a holistic approach- I don't believe that therapy is the only answer. I work with you and important relationships in your life to enhance connection with others.

I specialize in work with adults and adolescents suffering from depression and anxiety using my EMDR Certification, DBT and CBT.
