I especially enjoy working with helping professionals (medical professionals, therapists, educators, abortion care providers and reproductive justice allies, and faith leaders) to address anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress, and resilience. I can help you reconnect with what you used to love about your work and yourself.
I speak Spanish and English and enjoy working with diverse populations, including immigrants and members of the LGBTQ community. I specialize in treating therapists and other helping professionals, and offer consultation services for mental health professionals who are interested in deepening their work with clients or in practicing better self-care.
