Are you someone who is new to therapy and doesn’t know where to begin or doesn’t trust someone to help them in that process? If so, you’ve found your place. I offer lively, interactive & thought-provoking sessions that involve sincere conversation & practical education. Through honesty, curiosity, & humor we will identify patterns of behavior & explore experiences such as substance use, challenging family dynamics, grief, anxiety, & depression.
Although I use a variety of approaches, our work will be grounded in cognitive behavioral and narrative therapies. We will focus on learning tools & practices that will support lasting change & long-term emotional health. Exercises & skill work will ensure that change takes root outside of the office-as this is the ultimate goal of our work together!
