About
Welcome, you made it. Take a breath. My name is Liz Eanniello and I offer a variety of therapeutic services for humans of all kinds. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and family units as well as adults of all ages. Many clients reach out seeking support managing feelings of anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and depression, or help navigating life transitions, peer relationships, and family interactions. They're looking for a reprieve from the inner critic and racing thoughts, they want to regain control, and feel peace. Most of all they want to be seen and heard for who they are.
We all have the ability to heal within ourselves, my role is to help reconnect you with that part of yourself. I practice from a lens that recognizes the variety of ways in which emotions can manifest in our lives and bodies and offer expertise in mindfulness-based skill building, CBT, somatic and experiential learning, and internal family systems.
My hope is to offer all clients a safe and supportive space for exploration and self-discovery, an opportunity to be fully seen and heard, to build new skills, grow, and reconnect with the true self. Peace is possible, but it's a practice. I'd love to support you in your journey, please don't hesitate to reach out.
