About
Tired of feeling overwhelmed? Never have enough time to do the things you love? Or maybe you feel like a slave to your job? The struggle is real; chronic stress wreaks havoc on your body & mind. Despite being passionate, hardworking, and kindhearted, life is still overwhelming. Trying to be the perfect friend, perfect professional, or perfect partner all at once is exhausting. It leaves little time to even breathe. Do you want to feel calm, confident, & fulfilled? To say "no" and actually mean it? If you want to stress less & live authentically without fear or guilt, I’d love to help you step into your power.
As a recovering perfectionist myself, I know the struggle & the fear of “not being enough.” I can help you heal from chronic stress, whether it’s from relationships, burnout, toxic work environments, imposter syndrome, or trauma. I use a holistic approach & teach you skills to regulate your nervous system. I'm trained in clinical hypnosis, EMDR, & IFS.
I liberally use creativity & humor to create a supportive space for you to learn new skills, re-discover your strengths, & overcome life’s stressors with courage. Professional help can feel like mental sit-ups - it may stretch you initially, but it’s worth it in the end to strengthen your body & mind. Please email me to connect, voicemails are my nemesis!
