I work with teens and adults and am LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and have extended training in co-occurring disorders. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates DBT skills to support growth, authenticity, and self-acceptance.
