This process group is for female identifying adults in their 20’s-30’s who grew up around others struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction. This group is not 12-step, rather a place to find commonality and support. We will share feelings and experiences with each other in a safe, validating, and confidential setting. This group will be helpful for those who struggle with shame, guilt, isolation, interpersonal difficulties, interpersonal anxiety, and perfectionism. This group will increase support, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. Process groups can help foster trust in yourself and others and increase your capacity for intimacy.

8-Week Outdoor Nervous System Reset

This group uses evidence-based techniques that help you to cultivate a deeper awareness of your own personal nervous system patterns and develop a flexible, adaptive response to internal and external stressors. You'll learn to work with your nervous system rather than against it. Decrease toxic stress, while strengthening resiliency, emotion regulation, attention, and self-awareness. We will learn and practice skills as well as connect and share feelings and experiences with each other.
