Trauma touches every aspect of our lives. Whether you’ve experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, or another form of violence, you may see its impact in multiple areas: a sense of being always “on” or hyper-alert; challenges in relationships and the ability to trust or open up to others; feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame. Either way, you’re ready to gain new insight into yourself and your experiences in order to heal, repair, and move forward.
I specialize in helping trauma survivors work through the impact of their experiences, find relief, and discover the strength that’s already inside of them. I aim to help change the orientation for trauma survivors away from 'what is wrong with me?' and more towards identifying and healing from 'what happened to me?'
