Trauma touches every aspect of our lives. Whether you’ve experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, or another form of violence, you may see its impact in multiple areas: a sense of always being hyper-alert, or disconnected; challenges in relationships and the ability to trust or open up to others; feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame. You have put in so much labor to move through these things on your own. You might feel like you’ve made some progress or like you’re still stuck. Either way, you’re ready to gain new insight into yourself and your experiences in order to heal, repair, and move forward.
I specialize in helping trauma survivors work through the impact of their experiences, find relief, and discover strength and healing. I aim to help change internal thoughts, beliefs, and rumination away from 'what is wrong with me?' and more towards identifying and healing from 'what happened to me?'
It’s possible to take back power over your trauma, instead of it having power over you. Together, we’ll establish an environment of safety & trust. From there, we can explore the support & strategies that will be most beneficial in helping you take steps toward healing and wholeness. Visit my website to schedule a free consultation today.
