My therapeutic style incorporates warmth, humor, and honest feedback. I prioritize creating a space for you to safely experiment with new ways of being. You will gain confidence when we identify and replace counterproductive coping strategies, and as we bring awareness to your current experiences, you will have the support to live more fully and more authentically.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, relationships, and loss. Many of my patients report wanting to address concerns about overwhelm and disconnection. Others wish to explore their experiences with grief, change, and transition.
Sometimes when the strategies that used to work for us no longer serve their purpose, we start to struggle and suffer. When we identify these patterns and have support in trying something new, there is relief from "stuckness." This also allows for a stronger sense of purpose and meaning in our lives, as well as stronger relationships.
