Hi, I'm Dr. Liz. I provide proven therapies for individuals and couples in a warm approachable way that meets you where you are and gets you where you want to be. If you're struggling in a relationship that once felt close and now feels strained, at the end of a relationship and navigating divorce, or feeling held back by your own mind, I can help you find your way out. The exhausting ups and downs of life and relationships can leave you feeling helpless. But you're not. I specialize in attachment-and mindfulness-based therapies that treat: relationship problems, anxiety, navigating divorce, and ADHD. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Both approaches are incredibly effective and supported by science. I'm thrilled to be able offer them to my clients.

I've seen therapy work for so many of my clients over the years and I'd love to be part of that growth for you. In the therapy room, you are the expert on your life. I am the expert on the treatment. Even the most supportive friends and family don't fully understand unless they’ve been there. This group is a place to connect with other women who truly get it. Whether you’re newly separated or navigating life after divorce this group is for you. We’ll come together to talk honestly about the challenges, the emotions, and the moments of growth that come with this season of life.
