Welcome! I work with adolescents, young adults and professionals to help navigate strong emotions, challenges and transitions as they arise. I strive to provide tools to aid with suffering in the present, while also working to improve overall relationships and functioning. My approach is very focused and I work hard to get the most out of each session. I also have a background in supervising and work with those who are in the mental health field.
I specialize in treating depression and anxiety disorders for adolescents and adults, as well as during the perinatal period (i.e., pregnancy, postpartum). My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, improve your functioning (i.e., at work, school, in relationships, etc.) by identifying and targeting specific goals.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to answer any questions. I find that these phone consultations help to see if we would be a good fit working together. I look forward to hearing from you and learning how we can best work together to achieve your overall goals.
