My ideal client is a thoughtful adult/couple who feels stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by shame around sex, intimacy, or relationships. Maybe sex or closeness has become complicated, desire has changed, communication is difficult, or you’ve lost touch with what feels good & authentic to you. You may be navigating past experiences that affect how you relate to your body, exploring your sexuality, or wondering why connection doesn’t feel as natural as you wish it did. You want a safe, judgment-free space where you can slow down, get curious, & talk about the things that can be difficult to say out loud—without feeling pressured.

I offer counseling for individuals and couples seeking deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, & others. Using CBT, IFS, & person-centered care, we explore the thoughts, emotions, & patterns shaping sex, intimacy, & relationships—helping you feel more at home in your body & connected to what you need.

I know how heavy shame, silence, or disconnection around sex, intimacy, relationships, or your body can feel. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll slow down, listen to your experience, and reconnect with what may have been overlooked or silenced—creating space for greater self-awareness, confidence, and authentic connection.
