As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, I recognize how trauma impacts trust in relationships and self-worth. Survivors often experience shame, worthlessness, and a belief that the abuse was their fault. I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, friends, & families understand and heal from trauma to foster deeper, more meaningful connections.
I have worked in the Oil and Gas industry as an engineer, giving a unique perspective on the corporate world, work-stressors and the impacts on family life.
