VIRTUAL-In our fast-paced culture, we are conditioned to believe that our issues are unique to ourselves and that we alone are responsible for our well-being. This is not only untrue, it is harmful. From the pandemic and the climate crisis to our individual experiences of adversity, we can often find ourselves struggling with isolation, anxiety, and depression. These challenges can so often negatively impact our relationships and sense of self worth, and my goal is to assist you in becoming your most authentic, liberated, and empowered self.
I incorporate each individual’s unique histories and strengths in therapy by exploring clients' identity, family systems, and relationships in addition to the impacts of societal norms. As your therapist, I will work to reflect your wisdom and inner strength and support you through both the deep pain and the beauty of what it means to be human.
Searching for a therapist, someone to share your pain and challenges with, can be a daunting process. You are so worth the space and care. I can’t wait to work with you and be a part of your healing journey. You exist, which irrefutably means you are deserving of acceptance and care. I provide individual and family therapy.
