I am a licensed professional mental health counselor certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I work side-by-side with my clients to identify realistic and attainable personal goals to produce self-awareness and positive change. I provide a safe and relaxed environment to process life’s complications such as sport performance difficulties, relationship issues, phase of life struggles, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and more.
I offer individual and group therapy. My approach is Humanistic and Solution-Focused, being skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I take pride in working with each client to determine which approach is the most appropriate and best fit for their specific goals and lifestyle.
My goal is to provide a safe, open environment for you to feel comfortable challenging yourself to achieve self-awareness, coping skills, and positive change in your daily routine.
