My goal is to help you find your own path to healing. I offer in-person therapy to adults and adolescents in Utah, in addition to virtual sessions for those living in Utah and Colorado. Each person has different therapy needs, so I take the time to get to know you and honor your unique journey.
At the root, I support my clients to make positive changes by focusing on how trauma impacts our wellbeing. In addition, I help clients develop skills to navigate the ups and downs of life in a more regulated way. I assist clients in regulating their emotions, building healthy relationships, and increasing self-awareness.
As an adventure-based counselor, I incorporate mindfulness, activities, and art into therapy. Breath, body awareness, and movement are used as tools to help release the trauma stored in our bodies. With extensive experience working with teenagers and young adults, I help clients navigate the challenges associated with transitioning into adulthood.
I happily provide a free, 15-minute phone consultation to see if we could be a good match. This will give you an opportunity to fill me in on your goals, background and preferences. Reach out through phone or email to schedule a chat!
