My approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based. I believe each individual already has resilience and insight within them, and my role is to help you recognize and build upon those strengths.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to meet you where you are while working collaboratively toward growth and healing. I am passionate about this work because it is deeply meaningful to learn others’ stories and to provide a space where people feel safe, seen, and heard.
