Many of the clients I work with are young adults and professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. They may be navigating career stress, identity questions, family or cultural expectations, or exploring their spirituality in new ways. What they want is a therapist who invites the whole person into the room. My clients are drawn to therapy that feels both professional and deeply human, where challenges can be taken seriously without losing the lightness that makes growth possible.
I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, while also incorporating psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic approaches. The core of my practice is simple: the belief that humor and play matter. Therapy can be a place for deep reflection, but it can also be a space where lightness and laughter remind us that healing doesn't always need to be heavy
As a first-generation American, I bring both lived experience and professional training into my counseling practice. Having gone through my own process of religious deconstruction, I know how layered questions of identity, belonging, and meaning can feel. Together, we can navigate challenges and cultivate both balance and purpose.
