Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right support is an important first step. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel heard, respected, and understood.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their emotions, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier thinking patterns.
I incorporate mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body-based awareness to help clients better understand how stress and trauma affect both the mind and body.
In our work together, we will focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving self-esteem, and developing tools to live your best life.
