I will tailor therapy to your needs, leading you to a more present and fulfilling life.
I am a licensed psychologist trained in culturally-immersive and evidence-based therapies in adults (CBT, DBT). I treat anxiety, depression, acculturation difficulties, as well as struggles with food and body image. I invite clients to explore how social injustices influence their lived experiences. I am affirming of LGBTQ, poly/ENM, and kink identities.
