I have over 17 years of experience working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, or resolving stress from people of all ages. I love helping people. I also specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with sexual issues such as intimacy with your partner, compulsive behavior, or sexual trauma.
My philosophy to counseling is that I am not the expert in the room but you are. You of course know more about yourself than anyone. I am merely there to help guide and ask you questions so you can have a greater understanding of who you are.
