I work with adults who are ready to turn inward, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folx carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, grief, and systemic stress. Many arrive having held it all together for so long they have lost touch with themselves. I bring a trauma-informed, somatic approach rooted in depth psychology. Together we create space that is warm, honest, and boundaried, working at your nervous system's pace until you feel at home in yourself again.
I provide therapy rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and psychodynamic practice. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, grief, and identity, I work with adults virtually across New York and DC, bringing an affirming, liberation-centered approach to every session.
