I provide a safe and non-judgmental space that allows curiosity to reconnect with the inherent knowing in you and your child. We explore the difficulties from a strength based perspective and invite change and healing from within your child and the essential connection you share.
I encourage healing through play, movement, creating new narratives and strengthening secure attachment between you and your child. I offer mindfulness based, somatically focused trauma resolution with focus on early attachment and developmental needs and with sensitivity to cultural and racial dynamics present in our lives.
