Hello. You have taken one of the hardest steps by looking into and beginning therapy. I have prior medical experience, but changed career paths in 2001. I am originally from Texas, but have lived in Colorado since 1997. I believe that you are the best historian of your past, and I am a guide to help you walk through your present and into your best future. There is no judgment in my practice, and all are welcome. I do offer spiritual/Christian counseling if this is something you are looking for.
During the first session we will discuss your intake paperwork and what you are looking for. You have the ability to ask questions and I will ask you some too. I'd like to know about your past therapy and what worked and what didn't for you. We will be able to discuss possible interventions.
I have been a mental health and addictions therapist for over fifteen (15) years with multiple certifications and other training. I offer a more holistic approach to treating mind, body, and spirit through clinical therapy, support, nutrition, and other options.
