I offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy, couples, adolescent and adult counseling, ADHD coaching & journaling therapy. My orientation is transpersonal and client-centered, informed by IFS & CBT. With intuition, self-compassion, non-judgmental reflection and humor, we will work together to create, and help you embody your unique vision of your best self.
