Our ideal client is one who is willing and committed to addressing the emotional impact their trauma had on their lives to work towards a healthier self. We treat our clients using evidenced based practices such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Health to address chronic and enduring mental health issues, marital problems, sexual traumas, as well as anxiety and depression. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and have various life experiences .
Our staff are trained to provide a broad range of therapies for individuals, couples and families as well therapy for children and teens. Our diverse staff has experience and training in areas such as attachment, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, divorce, co-parenting, and depression among others.

One Heart, Two Homes Co-parenting Class
One Heart, Two Homes is an solution-focused co-parenting program that offers solutions and strategies co-parents can use to prevent parental conflict. This is the ONLY court approved weekend program in the Central Valley. This 12 hour court approved weekend program is designed to promote effective co-parenting for divorced, separating, and unmarried parents while educating them about their child's issues with family separation.
