As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Instructor I support people with their wellness goals including stress management &
preventing burnout as well as improving relationship with food. Other areas I work with are: life transitions, change and identity. My style is interactive, intuitive, warm, collaborative, and non-dogmatic. I work with my clients in a relationship oriented manner, attending closely to unique strengths, culture, cognitions and abilities.
