From Loss to Remembrance: Men's Grief Group
Sometimes, it's harder to talk about the pain we carry—especially when society expects us to stay strong. But grief isn’t about weakness; it’s about healing, and we can’t do it alone. The aim of this group is to foster healing by finding a balance between honoring the memory of a deceased loved one—whether a relative, partner, or close friend—and continuing to move forward in life. Discussions will focus on acceptance, exploring one’s thoughts and emotions, and sharing how members are adjusting to life without their loved one. Group facilitated by Christopher Moller, MS.Ed.
