Healing and growth can be challenging, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re carrying the weight of past experiences or navigating relationship difficulties, we offer a warm, supportive space for relational psychotherapy where you can speak openly and feel understood. Our work is grounded in relational and attachment-focused therapy, with attention to somatic awareness. We focus on meaningful moments in therapy—the insights, difficult conversations, and small shifts that support change—helping you deepen self-understanding, process what has been hard, and strengthen your relationships with yourself and others.
Our Team
I know how difficult it can be to open up about your most vulnerable, hidden self. Taking that first step is often the hardest, and though it means facing thoughts and feelings you’d rather not, it’s also the beginning of a path toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you, where we can face these challenges together. With empathy and support, we’ll begin to explore the feelings and experiences that cause you pain and keep you feeling stuck.

You may be feeling anxious, stuck in patterns, or struggling in your relationships without fully understanding why. Many people come to therapy wanting greater clarity about themselves, their relationships, and the direction their lives are taking. You don’t have to make sense of this alone. We take time together to explore your lived experience with curiosity and care. I work with adults interested in developing deeper insight into themselves and their relationships through conversation and shared reflection. Over time, this can open up new ways of seeing yourself and relating to others, allowing for meaningful and lasting change.
