I truly believe that individuals know how to solve their own problems, however, they may lack self-confidence, support, or the courage to do so. Anxiety catches us and fear holds us, but we are not destined to live a life without hope!
My goal as a therapist is to work with my clients to find solutions. I know time is valuable and I respect my clients for choosing to invest in their future by seeking therapy. I specialize in therapy for women dealing with postpartum depression, family related conflict, and anxiety.
