My name is Sadie Lukos and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about working with adolescents and adults through the process of healing. Using insight and compassion, my focus is to collaborate with my clients to increase self awareness, challenge old patterns, and reduce problematic thinking, emotional difficulties, and maladaptive behavior.
As a therapist, I place a strong emphasis on creating an open and nonjudgmental client-therapist relationship. I often incorporate interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, meditation, breath work, dialectical behavioral therapy, self care strategies, and adaptive coping strategies.
More importantly, my treatment approach is integrative as I find it essential to view the person as a “whole” when developing treatment goals. This means that when getting to know you, I will consider each person’s mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health in a unified way.
