I am especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing challenges with ADHD, healthy masculinity, parenting, life transitions, grief, depression, and anxiety.
I also work with a limited number of couples who are committed to growing through challenges toward a higher level of healthy functioning and connection.
When life gets overwhelming or we are stuck in depression and anxiety, it can take a lot of courage to seek support.
I believe everyone holds the necessary wisdom to grow through life’s challenges, but we almost never do our hardest work alone. I am here to walk the path alongside you with kindness, deep listening, and helpful guidance.
My roles as a father, husband, poet, and woodworker influence how I show up in the world, though I also have a great deal of experience supporting individuals whose lives and identities differ greatly from my own.
While I prefer in-person sessions in my well-lit and cozy office in downtown Port Townsend, I am also available online.
