Join me on this healing journey. For over twenty years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, children, and families through life’s hardest seasons. As an MST survivor and disabled USAF veteran, I know what it’s like to have your voice or safety taken—and what it takes to reclaim them. I welcome everyone. My practice is a non‑judgmental space where your story is honored, your voice is heard, and your peace is protected. I specialize in trauma‑informed care for complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
I offer trauma‑informed therapy shaped by clinical training and lived experience. I know how scary it is when your voice or safety is taken and what support is needed. I provide that support to adults, couples, and children of all identities in a non‑judgmental space where we work together to rewrite those false narratives imbedded in your life stories.
