Let’s talk about SEX! Thats right, let's talk about the TABOO. Concerns over intimacy and sex impacting your wellbeing? Are you struggling with letting your partner know what you like (or don't like) in the bedroom? Does sex feel like another chore at the end of the night that there is no energy for? Is watching porn and masturbating (you or your partner) affecting your relationship? Are there religious beliefs or stigmas that are affecting your mental health? Sexual desire, arousal, rapid or delayed ejaculation, low sexual frequency or satisfaction and out-of-control sexual behavior are my primary focus.

I have a dual Masters in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and I’m currently completing a Ph.D in Clinical Sexology.
