Hello - I’m Lissa and I am currently an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Drawing from emotion-focused, gestalt, and nature-centered therapy, I guide you in your journey towards experiencing the true intimacy, love, and relationships you want and desire with yourself and others.
Areas of focus include indigenous spirituality, sex & intimacy, couples, inner child, grief/life transitions, intergenerational trauma, and oppression-based stress. I blend CIIS-certified sex therapy with ecotherapy to support your full, sacred self.
I offer sessions online, in-office, and outdoors in San Diego (parks, beach, etc.). Therapy is available in English, Spanish, Spanglish.
