I take a holistic and strength-based approach to therapy, integrating powerful modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
