Are you a mother with young children contemplating divorce? Do you feel confused and unsure of what to do? Do you often feel sad and hopeless? I support moms with young kids who are questioning or going through divorce to find clarity, reduce overwhelm, and create a stable, healthy path forward for themselves and their children. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) that can help you in just a few hours as opposed to weeks and months. Many individuals have found ART to be life changing. I offer support to mothers with young children who are contemplating divorce. I find Intensives for those who prefer to get results quicker and get relief in just a couple of sessions. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction and more. I am certified in Psychedelic Therapies & Integration.

Intensives allows us to do a deep dive into the issues you struggle with in an extended period of time as opposed to one hour weekly sessions. My preferred therapy to use is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as my clients often find relief within one session. ART changes or replaces negative images and sensations with positive ones without having to revisit the difficult event. I'm also focusing on psychedelic assisted therapy which has been shown to be life changing when done in a therapeutic manner.
