Whether it be issues that arise in a marriage, the fallout from a divorce, or the ongoing role trauma plays in relationships, I am here to help you process it all, so you can attain the healing you desire and give your close relationships the attention they deserve. As a therapist, I understand the importance and value in having a safe place and person to disclose, discuss, and process our life stressors and experiences with. Lasting healing is possible.

I use CBT, DBT, EFT, and trauma-informed approaches to help individuals and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, betrayal and other couples issues, and problems surrounding divorce. I understand the inadequacy, confusion, and hopelessness that life can leave us feeling and I will aid in your recovery, healing, and improved overall well-being.
