I am accepting new clients! Whether it be issues that arise in a marriage, the fallout from a divorce, or the ongoing role trauma plays in relationships, it can be very difficult to heal from these kinds of circumstances and the inevitable effect people leave on us, good and bad. Many times, we go through these struggles alone and may not even realize that we have yet to begin our journey to healing. As a therapist, I understand the importance and value in having a safe place and person to disclose, discuss, and process our life stressors and experiences with.
I use CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and EFT to help individuals and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and betrayal and other couples issues, and problems surrounding divorce. I understand the deep feelings of inadequacy, confusion, and hopelessness that life can leave us feeling and I can aid in your recovery, healing, and improved overall well-being.
