I have over 25 years experience in the social service and mental health fields. The experience includes working with foster care children, family work for the Children and Youth Department, working with homeless families, and providing therapy in an urban high school with at-risk adolescents.
I loved working with this population most, perhaps because I realized that I would have benefitted from guidance and support when I was a teen.
