Lisette studied at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA for her Bachelor’s of Arts degree and Argosy University in Arlington, VA for her Master’s degree in Community Counseling.
She combines an integrative approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based counseling with creativity, critical thinking, flexibility, and collaboration to meet the individual needs of each client.
