I aim to create a space where you feel understood without having to explain your experiences. Together, we’ll process what’s been weighing on you and build tools that support your growth in a way that feels authentic to you.
I use trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and client-centered therapy, but more than anything, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to open up at your own pace. We can work through past experiences, make sense of patterns that feel stuck, and find ways to cope that actually fit your life not just what “should” work.
